We Started Our Journey From 2007 With Yoga Alliance Certification After An Internship Of Two Years Continuous Study And Practicals With Doctors And Some Of Proffesionals
We focus highly on teaching the alignment approach using precise instruction informed by anatomical knowledge, hands on adjustment and ancient wisdom to help our students find and create a balance in themselves and their future students.
Divy Yog Teaching focuses practically on how to work with props and modification for all bodies, ailments and abilities. We believe that through the practice of traditional yoga and meditation each individual can lead a more blissful and balanced life.
Therefore, on our yoga teacher training courses we aim to impart ancient Vedic wisdom and how to apply it practically through physical yoga (asana), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. We hope that in the creation of outstanding yogis and yoga teachers we will pass on the precious knowledge of yoga to the people who need it.
We have an incredible team of teachers at Divy Yoga Teacher Training school, who are a combination of Indian Yogis and international teachers. This combination enables us to provide a balance between traditional yoga and mysticism and modern practical teaching techniques.
